Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care by reviewing physician prescriptions and care plans.
• Coordinates with the health care team to implement the nursing plan.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Documents patient status and adjusts care plan as conditions change.
• Maintains infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
