Job summary

The Staff Pad, Stevens Point, WI, is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple specialty units. This full-time role offers day and night 12-hour shifts in Stevens Point.

New graduates are welcome to apply; there is structured orientation and supportive teams to grow clinical expertise. Requires Wisconsin RN license or compact license eligibility, BSN, and ACLS for applicable units.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license.
• BS certification; ACLS certification for applicable units.
• Experienced RNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and care for patients based on their clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Build and strengthen your clinical skills across a variety of patient populations

Education

RN license in Wisconsin or compact license eligibility

BSN certification
