Job summary

Rusk Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliation of Encompass Health and MU Health Care, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time 3-12 hour day shifts (Mon-Fri) with no weekend requirement and a weekend option with additional pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license as per state regulations.
• ACLS and CPR certifications preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff and assist with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.

Education

RN license (state required)

CPR certification

ACLS preferred

CRRN preferred
