Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled 1:1 home health nurses in Florida to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes. You will enjoy a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts across assigned service areas, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.

Required
