Job summary

Nextaff in Florida is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) placements across the Winter Haven area. Pay varies with stipend packages available over 50 miles, plus weekly pay, W2 employment status, and access to a wide range of job opportunities. Benefits and paperless onboarding are provided.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, has LTC experience, and can work independently within a healthcare team. EMR familiarity is preferred and background/health screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year of recent long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Background Check
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with state and facility requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Drug screening, health screening, TB testing, and immunization records may be required based on facility policies
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient transfers throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
