Brookdale South Bay in South Kingstown, RI is hiring RNs to join our team across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem opportunities to fit your schedule and census needs.

Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with differential pay on 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Licensed RNs will coordinate care with physicians and care teams, document observations, and apply the nursing process to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN License is required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents’ overall condition and behavior.
• RN’s utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
• RN License is required
