CareGave Health Corp. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem nursing opportunities through Oncoll, our healthcare staffing platform.

RNs may work across skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, delivering safe care and collaborating with healthcare teams. Per diem shifts offer scheduling flexibility and credentialing support through Oncoll.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state where you will work.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to provide proof of required credentials.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable and professional.
• Must meet CareGave Health and facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe, high-quality patient care
• Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments according to orders
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans as appropriate
• Communicating changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Following facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards
