Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Minnesota. This role emphasizes integrated nursing, with responsibilities for assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining nursing standards.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, medication administration, and providing education to residents and families. Current RN licensure in good standing is required, with strong written and verbal English skills desired.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Experience in assessment, care planning, interventions, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessment for each resident.
• Administer medications per protocol with accuracy.

This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.
