Job summary

Hegg Memorial Health Center in Rock Valley, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes across hospital settings, including trauma units.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, an active Iowa RN license, and required certifications within a year of hire. influenza vaccination is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate, diploma, or BSN program.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid Iowa RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certification within one year of employment.
• Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all employees by December 1.
• Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse course for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 30 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.
