Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Red Wing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team on the day shift. This full-time role focuses on assessments, care planning, and delivering high-quality nursing to residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

The RN will collaborate with teammates, coordinate with families, and provide education to residents and caregivers. Requirements include active RN licensure in good standing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual's needs.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• The RN plans for and provides resident, family and caregiver education.

Qualifications
