Nextaff is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of the Nextaff team, you will assist residents in nursing homes and other facilities with various daily activities. We offer you a competitive hourly wage of $47.00 - $50.00 per hour, along with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• Current BLS certification in-person.
• Copy of Negative TB Test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Document actions and report changes to nurses.
• Provide support under the direction of a nurse.
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, and eating.

2. A flexible schedule – you pick what you want to work. Pick one shift a week, ten shifts a week, or anything in between from our available facilities. We have multiple options in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

What we expect from you

1. RN License
2. In person BLS Certification
3. Copy of Negative TB Test (2 Step or IGRA Blood Test)
4. Physical (within the last two years)
5. Background Check
6. Must be fully COVID vaccinated or be exempt

Position Details

1. Assists residents with various activities in nursing homes and other facilities under the direction of a nurse.
2. Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, etc.
3. Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
4. Report changes in resident condition and pertinent information to a Charge Nurse or Manager.
