Job summary

UAB Medical West in McCalla, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive optimal treatment and support.

You will educate patients and families on health management and prevention, document accurately, and participate in a safe, compliant work environment. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
