Job summary

Saint Joseph London, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 150-bed regional hospital. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include KY RN licensure, CPR at hire, ACLS within 90 days, and BSN within five years. Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on and up to $24,000 student loan assistance.

Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
  • Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs.
  • Works collaboratively with providers to provide exceptional care.
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provides patient and family education.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing., upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months
  • BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.

Pay Range

$30.00 - $43.50 /hour
