Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our plasma donation centers in Iowa City, IA. The role involves donor medical assessments, education, and ensuring donor and staff confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examination and establish donor medical history to determine donor suitability.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure donor and staff confidentiality.
• Provide donor education on general health and counseling regarding test results.
• Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Assist in employee training.
• Administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Job Requirements

• Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse.
