Paylocity is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care and oversee on-site clinical activities. The role involves implementing the Plan of Care, coordinating with administrators, and supervising nursing staff on the tour.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, documenting progress, and coordinating referrals. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and Basic Life Support certification for safe, compliant home health care delivery.
The Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for implementing the Plan of Care for patients assigned which includes but is not limited to: Coordinating with the State Administrator and Authorization Specialists appropriate changes in the Plan of Care with regards to care provided, frequency, and referral to other services. The nurse is responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN’s. This position will perform supervisory visits as needed.

Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
