Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings is seeking an experienced RN to join our air medical transport team, delivering critical care in helicopter and fixed-wing environments across California and the Western U.S. In this mission-focused role, you’ll assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill and injured patients during emergency and interfacility transports.

Working closely with pilots, paramedics, and hospital/EMS partners, you’ll use advanced clinical tools to provide high-acuity care in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Experience in critical care and emergency transport.
• Prior air medical or helicopter transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and stabilization during emergency and interfacility transports.
• Collaborate with pilots, paramedics, and hospital/EMS partners.
• Monitor patients with bedside clinical tools and protocols in dynamic environments.
