Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes while maintaining professional nursing standards.

This is a full-time role at our senior care organization committed to Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. The position requires current RN licensure, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication and reading/writing in English.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and proper administration.
• Provide resident, family and caregiver education.
• Coordinate care and ensure documentation aligns with standards.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and effective teamwork.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual's needs.


• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.


• The RN plans for and provides resident, family and caregiver education.


• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing


• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
