Job summary

Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN) seeks a Computer System Analyst III (Cybersecurity Technical Writer) to support NIWC LANT in Norfolk, VA.

You will develop RMF documentation, including System Security Plans, POA&M, control statements, and create network diagrams and data-flow representations. Required are five years of computerized system experience, Security+ certification, an active DoD SECRET clearance, and the ability to translate technical details for auditors.

Qualifications

• Five years of computerized system experience, including design, development, test and evaluation.
• Experience with security audits, STIG checklists, and RMF processes.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Security+ certification.
• Ability to translate technical details into assessor-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RMF documentation (SSP, POA&M, control statements).
• Create and update network and data-flow diagrams.
• Interpret NIST SP 800-53 controls (Rev 5).
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and system owners to document controls.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend support.
• Perform other duties as required.
