Job summary

CVP is seeking an RMF Forward Deployed Engineer to install, configure, and train customers on FiferAUDIT in federal environments. You will translate RMF concepts for ISSOs and Security Engineers while ensuring FedRAMP boundaries.

You will deploy in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), map system boundaries to NIST 800-53, document configurations, train staff, and travel up to 50% to DC-area sites. A federal security clearance (Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RMF implementations at federal agencies.
• Ability to obtain Active Public Trust clearance or higher.
• Experience with FedRAMP authorizations and RMF workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites, primarily DC area.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure FiferAUDIT in customer cloud environments (FedRAMP boundaries).
• Map customer system boundaries to NIST 800-53 control families and assist with control inheritance.
• Conduct RMF training sessions for agency ISSOs, Security Engineers, and System Owners.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues, and address user questions.
• Document configurations, deployment architectures, and training materials.
• Travel up to 50% to DC-area sites for on-site work and relationship building.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer use cases and feature requests.
