Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a RMF Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Federal Government and Intelligence Community. You will act as ISSO for IC systems, author SSP/SSTP, and lead RMF A&A activities while addressing NIST 800-53 controls. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The role involves risk assessments, remediation planning, and transitioning ATO-approved systems to operations. You will work with a team of engineers and security professionals in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-years IC (SCI) RMF A&A experience and ability to describe differences between collateral and SCI authorization requirements as they apply to DoD/IC.
• Ability to speak to the intent of all NIST 800-53 security controls.
• Minimum 1-year hands on experience with the Xacta application.
• Excellent oral and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an appointed ISSO for IC cyber systems being developed by engineering.
• Reporting, documenting, and briefing status of systems to ensure RMF progression.
• Justification of security control implementations per IC/AO/NIST guidance.
• Authoring System Security Plans (SSP) and System Security Test Plans (SSTP).
• Conducting self-assessments of systems under development.
• Analyzing security controls and impact of changes.
• Preparing for risk assessments with Security Control Assessors (SCA).
• Ensuring remediation of findings in SAR/POAM.
• Documenting waivers or non-standard remediation approaches.
• Assisting with transitioning ATO systems to operations ISSO.
• Researching remediation options for vulnerabilities.
