Job summary

Ares Enterprise seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to provide hands-on cybersecurity support across NAVFAC Marianas Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) environments. You will help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data while supporting RMF planning, documentation, maintenance, and improvement of cybersecurity programs and tools.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Minimum of five (5) years RMF experience.
Minimum of one (1) year specialized FRCS RMF/cybersecurity support.
Qualified per DoDM 8140.03 at Intermediate or Advanced level.
Must hold an approved cybersecurity certification and CPD hours.
Ability to communicate effectively with government personnel and stakeholders.
Proficient English in writing and speaking.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end RMF lifecycle (Steps 1–6) and ensure DoN/NAVFAC artifacts are uploaded in eMASS.
Support ATO attainment and tracking for FRCS.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and implementation plans per NIST SP 800-53 and NAVFAC DoN requirements.
Perform vulnerability management and assessments using ACAS/SCAP/SRG/STIG as applicable.
Generate Security Center/eMASSter reports and maintain VRAM data.
Coordinate with system owners during site assessments and evidence collection.
Provide incident response support as part of MAR CERT and on-call rotations.
