Job summary

CBRE is seeking an entry-level Reliability Maintenance Engineering Operator (RMEO) in Oklahoma City. This structured role welcomes individuals new to technical careers, with no prior electrical or mechanical experience required.

You’ll assist the RME team in daily maintenance and build foundational skills toward the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) program. You’ll grow through hands-on preventive maintenance, simple troubleshooting, and documentation using laptops.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Follow instructions and solve problems in routine maintenance

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks
• Replace spare parts following SOPs
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation
• Use basic workshop tools
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team
