• Formulate high-conviction investments based on relative value and risk.
• Review offering memoranda and interpret provisions.
• Underwrite collateral including DSCR, LTV, sponsor quality.
• Build and maintain cash flow models.
• Maintain data integrity in portfolio management systems.
