Job summary

Spiretek International in Katy, TX is hiring an RMA Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair and test returned computer hardware products on-site. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and requires hands-on electronics repair experience.

You will update repair logs and inventory records, coordinate with engineering, quality and customer service teams, and lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus; Spanish or Chinese language skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on electronics repair experience
• Warehouse or inventory experience required
• Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, hand tools, and reading schematics or wiring diagrams
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or spreadsheets
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree in electronics or related field is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Strong English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus
