Ritual Coffee in Napa is seeking a PT/Flex Barista to support customer service, ensure quality coffee, and blend into cafe operations as needed. You will cover shifts on weekends and at catering events, bringing a friendly, proactive attitude.
No prior system knowledge required; you will learn on the job. The role rewards teamwork, initiative, and a passion for coffee, with opportunities for growth and a welcoming, inclusive work environment.
Ritual Coffee is seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic barista to create experiences that change the way people know coffee. We are looking for that special someone who is dedicated to customer service, teamwork, and quality who has a flexible schedule and the ability to blend seamlessly into various roles in the cafe. To be a PT/Flex barista you must be willing to help cover shifts as needed in the Napa cafe each month, as well as working occasional catering events throughout the year.
As a PT/Flex barista, you do not need to know our exact systems and techniques before you start, but you need to be self-aware and humble – able to jump in, be helpful and problem-solve where needed. People who do not take initiative, who are not customer oriented, not open to feedback, nor passionate about coffee need not apply. You are meant for this role if you are a team player with a strong interest in and appreciation for coffee quality.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a talent for people, coffee, and supporting coworkers, and who is wholeheartedly enthusiastic about growing with our business. If this is you, we can’t wait to meet you!
