As a Risk & Regulatory- Government Contract Consulting- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to effectively manage risks. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, confirming they maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks efficiently. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, from planning to completion, and collaborate with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership style while contributing to the firm's purpose and values in a meaningful way.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
