Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate, Risk/Policy Management in New York, NY to design, develop and produce recurring management reporting using Power BI. You will convert business requirements into technical specifications, perform testing, and collaborate with Data Control, Credit Risk IT squads and Credit Officers to onboard data requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience in related roles, with strong Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the role or related roles (Software Engineer, Data Scientist).
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI development, data modeling and semantic layer implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and recurring management reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Control, Credit Risk Agile IT squads and Credit Officers to onboard requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and perform testing.
• Determine task timelines and perform data curation activities.
• Design, develop and implement organizational reporting and analytics.
• Perform testing and optimize data transformations to improve refresh speed.
