Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for an engineering-integration and testing focused role in Jersey City, NJ. The role collaborates with EIT and business stakeholders to understand portfolios and processes, design models, and develop tests covering data, flows and controls.

Responsibilities include documenting models, writing test code, executing tests, and communicating insights. Requires strong programming skills (Python) and analytical problem-solving, with a base salary range of 65,000 to 87,700 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
• Demonstrated strong programming skills (e.g., Python), analytical and problem-solving, and digital fluency.
