PwC seeks a Risk Modeling Services P&C Senior Manager to lead actuarial projects, analyze financial risks, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and internal controls.

As a Risk Modeling Services P&C - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and managing financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis. Within our Assurance practice, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to help businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. Your work will be instrumental in helping organizations make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks effectively.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to eliminate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will also direct teams through challenging situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability. The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
