Qualifications

• Experience in risk identification, controls, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and audit readiness.
• Strong judgment and ownership for risk management scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to organize ambiguous work and document decisions.
• Experience building lightweight processes in early-stage environments.

• Own day-to-day work across risk identification, controls, monitoring, documentation, remediation, audit readiness, and ethical operations.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, measurable outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes suitable for an early-stage company.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Identify risks early, recommend proportional solutions, escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Communicate progress, constraints, priorities, and results clearly to teammates.
