The Risk Manager partners closely with the Director of Risk Management to support the administration and continuous improvement of the Company’s global risk management and insurance programs. This role plays a key part in protecting the organization’s assets through a strong focus on workers’ compensation claims management within a high-deductible program and property loss prevention through coordination with FM Global engineering resources. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively collaborate across functions—including HR, EHS, Finance, Legal, and Operations—to drive claim outcomes, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $93,800 – 122,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.
This position is eligible for a sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
