We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented H&S Risk Management Platform Lead to oversee and enhance our Health & Safety (H&S) Compliance Data platform across the UK & Ireland. This key role will ensure the effective operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our Risk Management Platform (RMP), supporting cross-functional teams and promoting a seamless user experience. You’ll act as the central point of contact for all RMP-related data, performance, and support activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and contributing to the overall success of our H&S compliance strategy.

Responsibilities
  • H&S Risk Management Platform Lead for the UK & Ireland across all elements of the business relative to H&S Compliance Data
  • Work with management & regional teams to ensure the RMP is maintained effectively in terms of User Management; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and a positive user experience
  • Create & manage user accounts; supervisor privileges; roles; archiving/disabling accounts; notification settings; re-assigning tasks; adding/renaming/moving org units; disabling/deleting org units (data re-assignment); org unit defaults; org groups
  • Ensure workflows within RMP and controls are designed appropriately; liaise with internal stakeholders for the RMP and manage change control activities
  • Perform data validation; bulk uploading and testing to validate RMP effectiveness and continued accuracy
  • Perform RMP administration activities related to Settings controls, Home page, reminders, reviews, approvals, and status ratings
  • Collaborate on project teams to ensure changes and modifications to the platform are considered, rolled out, and communicated
  • Perform module administration activities related to searching, filtering, quick reports, and Insights+ reporting
  • Caption maintenance; managing picklists; reference maintenance; risk matrix; email templates; notifications; action templates; automatic actions; iQ templates; portal content; questionnaire configuration
  • Act as focal point for data validation, performance and analytical reporting from the RMP within the UK & Ireland
  • Develop and support eLearning materials and communication materials related to the RMP, and provide helpdesk support nationally
Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience managing a Risk Management Platform (or similar system) in a compliance-driven environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to ensure system accuracy and usability
  • Strong experience in system user administration including creating, modifying, disabling accounts, assigning roles, and maintaining organisational unit structures
  • Experience in managing platform workflows, notification settings, approval hierarchies, and default user assignments
  • Familiarity with platform settings management (e.g. homepage controls, reminders, approvals, status ratings, support messages)
  • Skilled in performing regular data validation, bulk uploads, and testing activities to ensure data integrity
  • Involvement in change control processes and cross-functional project teams for platform updates and enhancements
  • Proficiency in using platform features such as advanced searching, filtering, quick reporting, and Insights+ reporting tools
  • Experience maintaining system references such as picklists, risk matrices, templates, email notifications, and questionnaires
  • Comfortable providing data performance analysis and reporting for key stakeholders across the UK & Ireland
  • Capable of developing user training and eLearning content, as well as delivering helpdesk support on a national scale
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to manage user support and change communications effectively
