Randstad USA is conducting an executive search for a Risk Management leadership role (Manager to VP level) in Las Vegas, NV. Relocation to Las Vegas is required for out-of-state candidates. The role reports to senior leadership, oversees four Sr.

Managers, and drives enterprise risk strategy, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Travel regionally up to 40% during onboarding and as needed thereafter.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive risk management experience within the construction, manufacturing, or building materials sectors.
• Hands-on operational expertise and experience managing a Captive.
• Advanced analytical acumen and articulate communication skills for collaboration with executive management, plant operations, field personnel, insurance carriers, and legal counsel.
• Willingness to travel regionally (California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington) up to 40% during onboarding and as needed thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise risk strategy, policy development, and regulatory compliance program.
• Oversee a team of four direct reports (Sr. Managers) and report to senior executive leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to execute risk programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and provide leadership through the relocation process as required.

Randstad is currently executing a Executive search for a Risk Management Leadership Position (Manager to VP level, depending on experience) on behalf of a premier construction and manufacturing organization headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. Relocation to Las Vegas, NV is required for out-of-state candidates.

Reporting directly to senior executive leadership and overseeing a team of four direct reports (Sr. Managers), this key role is responsible for driving the organization’s enterprise risk strategy, policy development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of progressive risk management experience within the construction, manufacturing, or building materials sectors, backed by proven, hands‑on operational expertise and experience managing a Captive.

Advanced analytical acumen and articulate communication skills are essential to successfully collaborate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including executive management, plant operations, field personnel, insurance carriers, and legal counsel. This position requires regional travel across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington to perform comprehensive on‑site inspections. Travel will be heavier during the initial onboarding phase (up to 40%) and will transition to an as‑needed basis thereafter.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with experience) plus annual performance bonus
