Job summary

A leading risk management firm in Gaithersburg is seeking a Risk and Insurance Manager. This position is responsible for implementing and managing risk management and insurance programs as well as overseeing claims and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in risk management or insurance. The role includes collaboration with various stakeholders, incident management, and safety program development. The anticipated annual pay is $100k–$120k.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk management plans.
• Manage the Company’s diverse insurance programs.
• Oversee all incidents and insurance claims.
• Develop preventative safety programs.
• Conduct Quality Assurance inspections.
