Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience.
• Review bank loan credit agreements and documentation terms for revolving facilities and term loans.
• Review financial statements including 10K, 10Q, Compliance Certificates, and Borrowing Base Certificates.
• Leverage tools and technologies to manage and report risks using MS Office.
• Communicate clearly with leadership, clients, lawyers, and lead arrangers/banks.
• Analyze large data sets and trends and summarize results for presentations.
• Assist senior banker and product partners through full transaction life cycle from origination to portfolio management.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
