Job summary

Noble Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Staff Examiner Intern to learn risk-focused statutory examinations by collaborating with seasoned professionals. You will assist across large and small insurance firms, gaining exposure to statutory accounting, IT, investments, and reinsurance while receiving annual training.

This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to expand responsibility within a national consulting firm serving regulators nationwide.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, risk management, economics, or information science.
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to travel.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the Risk Focused approach.
• Gain an understanding of statutory accounting.
• Become efficient in using TeamMate and other tools utilized in examinations.
• Perform tasks assigned.
• Provide supervisor with regular status updates and areas in which further instruction is needed.
