Mission Staffing is seeking a senior Risk & Governance leader for a global investment management platform. The role oversees risk and governance initiatives with broad exposure across U.S. and Europe, and leads a team of five professionals.

Located in Philadelphia with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), this senior position offers visibility across a global asset management organization and requires extensive governance experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of risk and governance experience.
• Asset management experience required (fund or AM arm at a bank).
• Corporate governance experience establishing and administering global committees and overseeing all three lines of defense.

• Develop and maintain asset management risk frameworks and strengthen risk ownership and culture.

I’m working on a high-impact opportunity with a leading global investment management platform that is expanding its Risk & Governance function.

Base Salary Range: $200K - $240K | Total Comp Range: $275K - $325K

Philadelphia | 3 days/week in office

This is a senior-level role with significant visibility across a global asset management organization and responsibility for leading a team of five professionals.
