Job summary

Bank of China USA is seeking a data-driven professional to deliver regulatory reports and risk data analysis dashboards. The role focuses on RDA program governance, data quality, and BAU risk reporting across KRI and RWA processes, with opportunities to enhance automation and reporting efficiency.

The incumbent will coordinate with Head Office and regulators, validate outputs against source systems, and support testing for IT system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years data analysis, business analysis, and reporting experience; 1+ years in system development or project management.
• Working knowledge of risk management concepts, especially RWA/capital and KRI governance.
• Financial or banking industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RDA program governance, data lineage, and risk data repository records.
• Assist RWA and KRI reporting with data aggregation and validation.
• Translate business needs into SQL extracts and automated reports; build BI dashboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and test IT system changes; support issue resolution.
