Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit, Risk and Analytics to deliver data-driven insights, lead risk-based audits, and support investigations across Paramount’s corporate, media, streaming, and production groups.

You will collaborate with SOX, Compliance, Finance and Legal, translate risks into analytics, and communicate findings with clear visuals. The role requires 7+ years in related fields and a strong ability to guide teams in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or data analytics.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead risk-based analytics to support audits, advisory work, and projects.
• Develop objectives, scopes, and risk assessments aligned to business priorities.
• Design flexible approaches for evolving activities requiring professional judgment.
• Use analytics to evaluate processes, controls, and governance for improvement.
• Conduct end-to-end process walkthroughs and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring quality and standards.
