Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as CS, IT, Math, Stats, Economics or Finance.
• 1–3 years of risk data analysis, reporting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization BI tools; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Mining & Analysis: mine and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, SAS, Excel or similar tools.
• Performance & Trend Reporting: develop analyses on performance, trends and projections for management.
• Recurring & Ad Hoc Reporting: prepare and distribute risk indicators and operational reports.
• Actionable Insights: translate data into clear reports for leadership.
• Risk & Anomaly Identification: identify trends or anomalies in data related to risks.
• Data Quality & Troubleshooting: fix data deficiencies to ensure timely analysis.
• Database Collaboration: work with IT to design, implement and maintain relational datasets.
• Risk Assessments: support risk management with requirements and formal assessments.
• Confidentiality: handle sensitive information with discretion per policy and regulatory requirements.
