Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Associate Risk & Controls: entry level
• Risk & Controls Consultant: 2+ years related experience
• Sr Risk & Controls Consultant: 5+ years progressive audit experience
• Lead Risk & Controls Consultant: 7+ years progressive audit experience
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail, initiative and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Travel to locations outside primary work location up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments.
• Utilize project management principles to independently organize and execute assigned work.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business partners.
• Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills to analyze data, identify risk and root cause and suggest improvements.
• Possess a strong orientation to accuracy and detail.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills to internal and external customers.
• Identify, document and evaluate the effectiveness of accounting, financial, operational and IT controls.
• Possess knowledge of GAAP and GAAS in audits.
