Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager focusing on SAP application risk and controls in New York. You will lead client engagement teams, drive large, complex SAP control projects, and provide technical leadership across assessment, design, and implementation of IT risk solutions.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, support business development, and travel domestically and internationally. The role requires 6+ years in SAP controls, and a strong drive to deliver leading practices in risk

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience as a SAP Controls Manager (controls design, automation, build, test, and deployment across various SAP business processes).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, or supply chain.
• Solid understanding of the SAP Controls framework across all SAP business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash).
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented, delivery‑driven with minimal guidance.
• Ability to support multiple projects, shifting priorities, and changing environments.
• Advanced project management and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and teaming skills, with ability to train, coach, and manage staff.
