Job summary

WTW is offering a Summer Internship Program in multiple U.S. locations, including Houston, to pipeline graduates into our GDP. The eight‑week program provides hands‑on experience with Fortune 500 accounts and local clients in the insurance sector.

Interns work with senior leadership on meaningful client-facing projects, participate in structured training, and are aligned to a specialized business area. The hybrid role combines remote and in‑office collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2027.
• Eligible candidates must be going into their senior year in Fall 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation abilities.
• Aptitude to learn, be proactive and manage time effectively.
• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and analytics to assess client risks for market placement.
• Create loss summaries and review program binders for accuracy.
• Assist on deliverables for renewal strategy meetings and RFPs.
• Research market solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients.
• Initial introductions to carrier and trading partners.
• Understand core insurance principles and brokerage concepts.
