Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the program.
• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the program.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis – Participates in risk management analysis and identifying key risks to the bank.
• Model Development – Supports execution of stress tests and scenario analysis; documents for second line risk partners.
• Business Support – Provides daily support for assigned systems, products, or business units.
• Process Improvement – Identifies potential improvements to procedures, plans, and controls to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
• Attend professional development sessions and networking events.
• Present a wrap-up of accomplishments to division leaders.
