Optiver is seeking a Risk Analyst to join its growing Risk team, collaborating with traders, researchers, and engineers to understand complex positions and develop risk analytics. You will contribute to stress testing, risk methodologies, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a quantitative degree. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, economics, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Responsabilités

• Analyze risk of complex trading positions and portfolios.
• Design, perform, and interpret stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Partner with traders, researchers, and engineers to develop risk analytics, tools, and systems.
• Develop and challenge risk methodologies, metrics, and limits.
