pursuing, and winning risk advisory opportunitiesProduce comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for delivery to the client, documenting and reviewing engagement work papers in accordance with industry-accepted internal audit methodologiesAct as a valued business advisor, build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client serviceLead professional and effective presentations to internal and external audiencesQualificationsStrong candidates are recognized industry experts with well-rounded experience working with risk services, specifically:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related programCPA or CIA designation(s) requiredTen (10)+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in the technology, real estate, life sciences, financial services or health systems preferredFive (5)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associatesSuccessful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including building a team, a client base and managing revenueProven track record of new business developmentAbility to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.Ability to travel as needed for client engagementsThe compensation range for this role is $201,810 to $382,600. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
