• Lead operational transformation and process optimization engagements from planning through execution, translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Assess and redesign end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, accountability, and scalability.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans that define workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Help clients navigate the operational impact of technology transformation, including evaluating process and control implications, developing test plans, and preparing organizations for successful deployment and operational readiness.
• Develop the tools that make transformation sustainable, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, job aids, change documentation, operational readiness assessments, and KPI frameworks.
• Advise clients on organizational and operating-model improvements, identifying opportunities to optimize resources, clarify roles and responsibilities, and build processes that support continued growth.
• Translate detailed analysis into executive-level insights, developing clear recommendations, presentations, and summaries for senior executives and boards while helping stakeholders understand business implications and recommended actions.
