Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an analytics professional to support enterprise risk adjustment predictive analytics. The role involves designing and developing targeting and tracking systems to support prospect and retrospective interventions.

You will work with risk adjustment data, create QA reporting and dashboards, and help quantify impact across Medicaid, Marketplace, and MMP programs in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing complex SQL queries, functions, and data design with T-SQL.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Predictive modeling and data analytics in health care quality or risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Support risk adjustment analytics for prospective and retrospective interventions.
• Develop QA ad-hoc and automated reporting for Medicaid, Marketplace, and MMP lines.
• Create suspect/targeting engines and tracking for multiple lines of business.
• Analyze managed care data (claims, pharmacy, lab, financial) and track risk scores.
• Lead data analysis in an agile environment and perform root-cause analysis.
