Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and pharmacy operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversees daily store activities in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for team members.
• Improves customer service metrics and ensures a positive customer experience.
• Manages store operations including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to identify opportunities and drive store performance.
• Supports pharmacy operations during busy periods as needed.
