Freidin Brown, P.A. in Miami, FL seeks an associate attorney to join its plaintiffs' medical malpractice and personal injury team. You will work directly with the Managing Partner on high-stakes cases, handling strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial prep from day one.

The role offers long-term growth with a clear path to increased case responsibility and courtroom experience, in-office in Miami.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience in plaintiffs' medical malpractice or personal injury.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a caseload of medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare for depositions of parties, treating physicians, and expert witnesses.
